Frequently asked questions
Is my country covered?
Each app follows the official syllabus of the countries it supports, and you choose your country inside the app. The BAC edition covers 24 French-speaking countries and the University edition more than 100; countries are being added to every edition.
Which app do I need?
One app per level: pick your class on the Education page (French model or Anglo-Saxon model), then download that app.
Is there free content?
Yes. Every app includes free content. A subscription unlocks every chapter of the app — or, at O-Level and A-Level, every subject app at that level.
How do I pay?
By Visa/Mastercard card from any country, or by MTN Mobile Money / Orange Money where our payment provider supports your number — in the app or on this website. The payment page tells you what is available for you.
When does my subscription start, and does it renew?
It starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal: paying again before the end adds the new period on top.
Can I use my account on several devices?
Yes, but one at a time: signing in on a new device signs the previous one out. Your subscription follows your account.
Does it work offline?
Much of the free content and whatever you have already opened works offline. Signing in, payments and new content need a connection.
